The Editor Toolbar

The Editor toolbar is located in the top-right corner of the Editor:

The toolbar is always available, except when the user selects a build tool (such as the Emission Designator tool) or when inputting a Station Name to the Diagram. In these cases, the Editor background is grayed out to indicate inaccessibility.
